YEP provided 10,000 locally produced facemasks to the Ministry of Health, as part of a larger contribution to support The Gambia’s fight against COVID-19. All facemasks were locally produced under TGSB approved guidelines. 10 fashion entrepreneurs, 107 women in rural areas under the WIG and 3 local training institutions were actively involved in the production.
